We built our own reserve
Racks of motors. Shelves of control boards. Compressors, capacitors, sensors, ignition modules and the small parts that shut a whole system down.
Our parts reserve and our repair lab are extra options for when a new part is backordered or no longer made. We only use them if you ask, and we always tell you exactly what's going into your system.
Your AC quits and the technician finds the problem fast. Then the supplier says it: the condenser fan motor is backordered, six weeks out. So we check our own shelves.
Racks of motors. Shelves of control boards. Compressors, capacitors, sensors, ignition modules and the small parts that shut a whole system down.
Everything on those shelves goes through our five-step Boost Certified bench check in our own repair lab.
The reserve is your option when the wait is too long, and only when you ask for it.
Five steps, and you're in charge of the one that matters.
First, always. You hear the price and how long the supplier says it will take.
If the date works for you, we order it. If it doesn't, ask about the reserve.
We look for the same part, or one that fits your system, on our own shelves.
It passed our five-step Boost Certified check before it ever reached the shelf.
With the part on hand, the repair can often be finished on the same visit instead of weeks later.

Rows of inducer, blower and condenser fan motors, with compressors stacked underneath.

Furnace and air handler boards and ignition control modules, some of the hardest parts to get when a supplier runs dry.
Capacitors, flame sensors, limit and pressure switches: the small parts that stop a whole system cold.
If it goes in a furnace, air conditioner, heat pump or air handler, ask. There's far more on the racks than fits on this page.
The hardest part of an HVAC repair usually isn't the repair. It's the wait. When a supplier runs out of a board or a motor, the whole job stops, and you live with the heat or the cold until a truck shows up.
So two years ago we started building our own reserve. Today it's racks of motors and compressors and shelves of boards, capacitors and sensors, and every part on them is tested in our repair lab first.
It exists for one moment: the new part is stuck on backorder and you'd rather not wait. You hear about the new part first, always. The reserve is a second option you can say yes or no to.
We find the problem and quote a brand-new part, with the supplier's date.
Happy to wait? We order new. Not happy? Ask about the reserve.
We tell you it's a tested part from our reserve, not new, before anything is installed.
It goes in already through our five-step Boost Certified check.
No, and we'll always tell you so. They're tested parts that passed our five-step Boost Certified bench check. Your repair gets a brand-new part by default: a reserve part only goes in when you ask for one, and we say exactly what it is before any work starts.
It's our own five-step bench check: inspect, repair or rebuild, power up, run, sign off. It's our standard, not a certification from an outside agency, and every part from our lab or our shelves goes through it.
No. The warehouse is there for our own repairs. It isn't a parts counter.
Then you get the straight options: wait for the new part, or see if our repair lab can rebuild the one you have.
Tell the technician when they quote the new part, or mention it when you call: 818-277-5056 (San Gabriel Valley) or 747-264-6358 (San Fernando Valley).

When your exact part isn't on the rack, our lab may be able to rebuild the one you have, tested through the same five steps.
